Before we are able to provide our service, you must first read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Conditions & Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full seven days prior to the commencement of service or at the time of booking with less than seven days notice.

Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment
Cash
Cheque / Money Order - payable to ‘Paws Galore Pet Care’
Direct deposit by arrangement

Booking Cancellations
All booking cancellations will incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Any cancellation with less than 2 days notice given will result in a 50% refund/credit of all monies paid in advance

Animal Behaviour
The owner declares that the animal has no previous history of aggressive behaviour not already declared in the detail form and has not been declared a dangerous dog before any Council or Regulatory body.
Your pet/s are currently registered with the council with up to date vaccinations and are wormed and flea treated.

Damages
Whilst the carer takes all due care & precautionary measures, should your pet/s cause any damage to any persons / property you will be held responsible and personally liable for all repairs/damages.

The Carer
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking/s at any time, with any animal/s, on any grounds. Should a booking be cancelled under these circumstances all monies paid in advance will be refunded for those days for which services have not been provided.

Unforseen Circumstances
The owner agrees to cover all costs in relation to, but not limited to, taking your pet to the veterinary clinic, employing the services of a locksmith to gain access to your property, retrieving a pet at large. The owner agrees that ‘Paws Galore Pet Care’; has the right to use their discretion in relation to engaging any services in your absence and to invoice you accordingly

Privacy Statement
‘Paws Galore Pet Care’ guarantees that any information you provide us with will be kept confidential and will not be shared, sold or exchanged with any business or individuals not associated with ‘Paws Galore Pet Care.’ We may however disclose any information about you and your animal/s to a law enforcement agency or regulatory body should we be required by law to do so.

Waiver and Release of Liability
The undersigned releases ‘Paws Galore Pet Care’ and its employees and agents, from all liability and indemnify “Paws Galore Pet Care’ from any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly from my pet(s) participation in activities or use of service, including any legal claims and medical expenses.
